The Cleveland Livestock Show is committed to producing an annual show that benefits our youth.

Important Updates

It is with a heavy heart that we have to make this announcement. However, the Cleveland Livestock Show Board of Directors has been instructed to cancel all remaining scheduled events for 2020. This includes the Retag Day, Rodeo, Trail Ride, Parade and Livestock Show.  Rest assured that this is not an option we wanted to have to choose but unfortunately we were left with no other choice.

CLS ONLINE AUCTION

Exhibitors are allowed to enter 2 of their CLS livestock projects in the online auction.

Exhibitors will need to provide the following details in email to clsonlineauction@gmail.com by Friday, April 3, 2020:      

• Exhibitor's Name      

• Name of 4H Club or FFA Chapter      

• A short bio about the exhibitor and project details          

Example bio:  I am a senior at Liberty High School, I have shown for at Dairy Day for 9 years. After graduation I plan to attend Sam Houston State University and major is Animal Science.  My gilt pig is about 6 months old and weighs 230 lbs. I spend 2 hours every day taking care of my project and preparing for show.       

• Up to 4 pictures - front, rear and side view of animal and picture of exhibitor with animal.


This information needs to be provided to CLS board via email to clsonlineauction@gmail.com by Friday, April 3, 2020.  


Once this information is consolidated, CLS will send over to the online auction company and they will build an auction catalog.  Each exhibitor will receive that they will be able to share on social media or email to buyers to help promote their livestock project.   


We will have 5 days of online bidding from April 20th through April 24th prior to the live online auction on April 25th.  


Exhibitor has 10 days after the online auction closes to either deliver the animal to the processor or to the buyer; depending upon the buyer’s preference.  Exhibitor will need to complete and electronically sign the Auction Acknowledgement (attached below) and return it to clsonlineauction@gmail.com to participate in the online auction.


Cleveland Livestock Show will also accept add-ons as we have done previous years.   Add-On Form attached below.
